Will Brandon ever write home?
Why are the guns jamming up in intense fights?
Even when they are keeping them clean.
Why are people so full of hate to burn our flag?
and hope that when Brandon is in this situation
he's as lucky as this guy.........saved by the helmet.
Life is so full of why's these days. It is hard to understand this world and perhaps it is age that makes us long for the simple days when I grew up. But then I am honest with myself and think they were perhaps not so simple afterall. I pray that Brandon stays safe and can return home to you one day soon!

ReplyDeleteOh my dear friend. My heart just breaks with yours. I don't understand the hate that has led to this war. Here in our own country we are burning our flag, hating our neighbor...it's awful. The Lord cries with us. Praying your son stays safe. Hugs to you.
