I absolutely loved stitching this sampler, it's variety of colors, vitality, and the verse! Onward now to getting a head start on the Emma project, which just came in the mail to acccompany this Jane Austen design by The Sampler Girl.
So many patterns.....too little time!
Hope you are having a great evening.
Woo hoo - looks great!

ReplyDeleteGreat finish Jennifer! Can't wait to see your next one.
ReplyDeleteHow many hours were in that project? Also...what floss did you use? I really like it! The message is true.
ReplyDeleteFantastic! Congrats!
ReplyDeleteThanks to all!
ReplyDeleteFor the question on floss, I used DMC and Crescent Colors.
For the question about time, I really couldn't say as I picked it up here and there and did some other things like Valentine ones in between starting it. I think I originally started it a month ago.

Congratulations on the beautiful finish! You are quicker than I am. I am saving up to purchase a couple of The Sampler Girl charts to stitch while I watch <> for the umpteenth time (my local library has almost all the versions of each). Hope Abby is feeling better after her shots (visits to the vet can take a lot out of a girl).
ReplyDeleteWow! That looks so good! I love the fabric you used for the backing!
