A Sampler Finds a Home today

Few words to share today. Finished Tea with Jane Austen by The Sampler Girl and it found a home.
Here. The guest bedroom/ stitching studio.

It is placed right over the bedside table to invite guests for tea.

I really enjoyed stitching this piece. The frame is made by Will Willis, Tanya Anderson's brother and I love it.

  5. I'm still working through alot of stuff but I am still stitching and in fact, ordered some supplies online today for Mansfield Park sampler. I'm working on A Tulip for My Love sampler by Examplars of the Heart now.
Keeps my mind busy without brushing things under the rug, so to speak.

  8. It's beautiful Jennifer...lovely setting too.
I usually jump right up out of bed and get about my business but this morning I made a cup of mint tea, grabbed my laptop and scooted back to bed to do some shopping. I ordered a couple charts this morning. ("Ah, Tis Spring" and "Live Laugh Love".)
    Hope your days are brighter!

  12. Are you taking reservations for guest stays? In such a lovely room, you will have to kick your guest out to get them to go home.;) I love the sampler and the placement you gave it. Very, very nice.

  17. yet another beautiful finish! Nice frame too. I am glad that you keep stitching all these great pieces, so that you keep me inspired! You are a MUCH quicker stitcher than me, so I live vicariously thru your finishes till I make my own. I am without a computer right now, using my son's momentarily. Man, it is weird not having it!

  20. Jennifer,

You found the perfect spot for a lovely finish. It is a beautiful frame.

I will have to check your older posts to see if you have done a frame-it-yourself "tutorial". If not, maybe you could consider doing one in the future.

    Thanks for posting.
