Designed the little ornie, Christmas Joy today.
It's one of those days when I still haven't gotten adjusted to the time change. I woke up wide open and rested at 4:48am, so I went ahead and got up, started a fire in the fireplace, made some eggs, toast and hot chocolate and kept adding wood to the fireplace to stay cozy while I read.
Miss Abbie was up and ready at 5am at her treat bowl too. I do think we will adjust soon though. I don't know about you but I go to bed now by 10pm during the colder, longer nights.
I've enjoyed this time on my day off.
I'm sure tonight Mr. Darcy and I will be watching the voting results on TV, as well as millions of other Americans. I hope I can stay awake....LOL.
Off for some stitch therapy.
In keeping with my Thanksgiving countdown I have to catch up now. :P
Day 3~~~~I'm thankful I can see
Day 4~~~I'm thankful I'm alive
Day 5~~~I'm thankful for a fireplace at home
Day 6~~~~I'm thankful for a job
Watching those last bright gold leaves falling,
Jennifer
