My last post

For over a month now, I have given all my energies just to stay sane and alive. There are things that demand my energy right now.I may one day again have a blog but this one will deactivate in 24 hours. I appreciate all the support I've had from friends and the ability to share my passion of stitching. Right now, I have no time to design or stitch. One day maybe when this is over I will be able to. If I start another blog in the future it will be a private blog. My dream of designing is haulted unfortunately.

I cannot emphasize how much the readers here have meant to me and I put alot of thought and energy into this blog. For security reasons it must shut down. I will again get back to stitching but right now my energies are going to be directed into basic necessities. I admire all of your work and enjoyed reading blogs even if I couldn't comment as much as I could.

I'm still on facebook and also on Twitter. But only God knows what the future will be.
Take care and I'll never forget each and every one of you. It was a part of my journey that has to end.
I need much rest now and stitching again will be a luxury. And I know I will one day. This is just the end of a chapter in my life.

Yours thankfully,
Jennifer

Before you go please tell me the pattern with the little house and the ABCs in your previous post stitched in black, I think I have it but I can't find it and it would help to know what I'm looking for - thank you.

  13. Jennifer, my heart goes out to you. I don't know what's happening in your world, but obviously something drastic must have happened to make you feel so full of despair. I've loved reading your blog, and will miss it more than I can say.Blessings from the UK

  15. Oh my gosh Jennifer, that's so sad to read. I will miss you. And little Miss Abigail too.
Isn't there a chance you simply can leave this blog alive and only post when you're feeling like it?
I don't have a clue what's going on, but I can read a despair between the lines since a while that wants me lean you a shoulder to cry on and giving you a hug (and I'm not really a hugger...so that counts double then)
Whatever it is that is hurting you dear friend, I wish you well and hope your safe.
If you ever have another blog, please send me an invite.

  20. I'm very sad to hear you won't be posting or designing any more. You have such an amazing talent. I’m sorry life has caused you enough pain to make you give up something you love so much.

  21. Whaa?

This all sounds very dramatic and alarming, Jennifer. I don't know the circumstances so I can only hope that you are okay and send you good thoughts. :)

I haven't been able to visit or comment upon blogs as much as I would like lately, but I have always enjoyed my time reading your blog. I hope you can be persuaded to keep it open (even if only for an update once a month, as I have been doing), but if it is a security concern I suppose that is not possible.

How about a stitching album via picassa or something that we can subscribe to? You could post photos of your work and put a little description on them as well. (or none at all, too.) You could invite people at will and keep it invitation only. Though that would be a bit of work in sorting through your email addy list.

Well, at any rate, take care and hope to see you again!

    Berit

  22. Jennifer, take good care of yourself. I will miss reading your words but your wellbeing comes first.
For security reasons.....I really hope it isn't as serious as it sounds.

And try to find some peace and time to stitch...it'll do you good.
